  • Our nail polishes are 21-Free, vegan, and cruelty-free.
  • While we strive for accuracy in color representation, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
  • We are not responsible for allergic reactions—please check ingredients before use.

Processing Time
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Address Errors & Returns to Sender
  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
Return & Refund Policy
At ChromaVerse Polish, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process.
Returns
  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping is free—we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • There is no restocking fee for returns.
Exclusions
  • All items are eligible for return—except for final sale items.
Refunds
  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
